<<< Colour Pink >>>

Affects Pink has in our lives >>

PINK is the colour of LOVE. It is the passion of RED watered down by the spiritual WHITE. Depending upon the amount of White in PINK we show our feelings about how we give and need love.

PINK can totally relax our muscles. Gaols often have rooms painted mid-Pink in order to calm unruly prisoners. At San Quentin PINK floodlights are played over the courtyark when the prisoners are in an angry mood.

If you are feeling unloved or lonely, carry something pink with you, wear something pink or buy yourself some pink flowers.

DIFFERENT PINKS >>

STRONG PINK : The passion of RED is still strongly shown. This PINK says, "I am prepared to give you lots of love but I need lots in return".

MID PINK : The colour of loving and giving on an equal basis.

SOFT, PALE PINK : This colour represents a love that gives without expecting anything in return, a truly spiritual PINK. The paleness of this PINK gives away all power of the self and is often worn by those who give over their power to another.

DUSTY (Grey) PINK : The addition of the sensitivity of GREY to the loving nature of PINK shows the desire to 'hold down' affectionate responses. This is preferred by those people who wish to put a little distance between themselves and others. It is often seen as an elegant or 'refined' colour.
