Reiki Sound Therapy

Ken and Rochelle live in Balmain and work with a wonderful holistic healing technique called Reiki Sound Therapy, which can also be incorporated with massage. This technique offers a deep relaxation equal to deep meditation. It is designed to help you into a more enjoyable mediative state and for the release of ongoing problems. It is especially useful in dealing with stress, grief, illness or for a deep relaxation. It is a healing therapy that brings the body back to its natural state.

A variety of healing techniques have been incorporated: Reiki, Massage and Sound Therapy. The session usually lasts for 60 minutes and includes either a 40 minutes Reiki session with 20 minutes of relaxation at the end or a 30 minute massage on the back with a 30 minute Reiki session. Both sessions incorporate the use of sound therapy.
