Welcome to Sarah & Tony's Pagan Handfasting Wedding Website.

Firstly we would like to thank everyone who participated and attended the wedding. Also those who couldn't make it but we knew were with us in spirit.

The day was so beautiful, we couldn't have asked for more. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. The only hiccup was that in the days leading up to it, there were storms and the beach was therefore littered with rubbish and debris. My darling sister Simone offered to rack the ceremony end of the beach in the morning. Of which she did a wonderful job and racked our spot into a beautiful love heart. It was so nicely done that when Jim went to set up the magickal circle there were 100 other people enjoying that spot. A decision was made to move to the other end of the beach, which in hindsight was a better option with the cliff face as a back drop.

The ceremony went without a hitch, followed by photos on the beach. The bridal party was the last to leave and as we were running a bit early and keen for a drink, descended on the nearest pub for a quick wetting of the lips.

Jim was a fantastic MC, so natural and confident. Events would not have gone as smoothly if it wasn't for his support and organisation. The speeches were a roaring success despite previous nerves and were ceremoniously starting with Dad who lost his notes and Mum coming to the rescue to find them. It's amazing how comfortable you become with a microphone after a short time and a few glasses of champers :) !

After a most beautiful meal, dancing commenced with a few of our favourite tracks followed by some old classic rock'n'roll. It was great to see everyone on the dance floor, especially a few favourites. Tony's Nan Renee had a full dance card and was hard to keep up with. I think though that Dad was the hit of the dance floor with his high spirits and unbuttoned shirt.

The night rounded off with the classical garter and flower throwing. My sister-in-law to be Sar had a definite height advantage and it was no surprise when my brother Jim made them the winning pair. Need I say more.

Special thanks go to my beautiful bridesmaids, Kat, Rach & Mel for all their help with helping to organise and set-up such a wonderful day and their sympathic ears when I was stressing over the arrangements. To Sean, the best man for getting Tony to the beach on time, keeping the rings safe and a wonderful speech. Our parents for their support and love. Our families for being there for us and our friends for making it a brilliant night. Thanks to everyone for making the trip over, whether near or far.
